cocoa butter moisturiser

Ever heard of Cocoa Butter as a superfood for skin? Neither have I!

I was super excited to try the Palmer's Rapid Moisture Spray Lotion Deep Moisture sent to me by Sample Store. This moisturiser uses a non-greasy formula and their special RapidSorb Technology to allow for quick absorption, leaving the skin soft and smooth with moisture for the next 24 hours.

With vitamin e as a component, the appearance of your scars, stretch marks and imperfections on the skin is improved. Together with cocoa butter and shea butter, even your toughest of skin is left deeply moisturised. All you have to do is hold the can three to four inches away from your skin and spray in a continuous motion before rubbing it gently into your skin!

The company, Palmer's, has been founded in America more than 170 years ago and has become one of the world's leading names in skin care. The Cocoa Butter Formula is their number one formula in their wide range of skin care!

You can view the two videos below for more information of the moisturiser!

Here's more about the usage and experience of the product!

Frankly, the name of this product got me excited to try it - "cocoa butter moisturiser? there's such a thing?" However, I did not like it one bit when I finally did. This moisturiser makes you smell like a chocolate cupcake batter for the entire day. I was pretty sure people were wondering about the smell of cocoa and butter wavering around them. It is one thing to smell like cocoa, but butter, that just makes you feel like a stick of butter walking around. My confidence level stooped to a low that day.

While it claims to be non-greasy, the floor disagrees. As you spray the moisturiser, some of it tend to touch the floor. My floor was pretty much greasy for the entire day. My tip for that - spray the moisturiser in the bathroom so that it's easier to clean the grease off!

A plus point is the twist and lock function it has - allowing for reduced leakage and easy storage. The shape of the bottle also allows for easy handling.

If you want to get one for your own, you can buy Palmer's Rapid Moisture Spray Lotion Deep Moisture at Watsons, Guardian, Fairprice, BHG, Robinsons, John Little and other leading cosmetic stores at S$17.90 for 200grams.

With love & till next time,
mel
